Responsibilities:

• Planning, conducting, monitoring, and managing national and international clinical studies and research projects.
• Developing study protocols, as well as creating, reviewing, and maintaining study-specific documents.
• Coordinating projects, acting as the main contact for industry partners and clinical trial sites, organizing and leading meetings/teleconferences.
• Overseeing project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and managing the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Serving as a liaison for internal and external communication, facilitating cross-departmental cooperation and information transfer.

Requirements for the Position:

• Relevant professional experience in project management or support of scientific projects or clinical trials is preferred.
• Degree in a scientific field or medicine.
• Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills.
• Basic medical knowledge or interest in medical training.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle stress.
• Structured, independent, and transparent work style.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Capability to guide a multidisciplinary team on a project basis.
• High social and communication skills.

Salary: Minimum gross of € 2800; higher remuneration possible based on experience and qualifications.
